Not to far from my violin workshop is the Sunshine Coast and I have a steady stream of customers making the trip South , to spend some quality time choosing an instrument or having some violin repair work done. I’ll be honest for most I am nearly an hour south from most places on the Sunshine Coast, assuming you get the traffic right. A quick hop across the Gateway and off at the Mt. Gravatt exit and your pretty much at my place, there is not inner city or parking to navigate. While the Sunshine Coast has a few music stores that sell violins, (shout out to the fabulous Mooloolaba Music Team), there comes a time where specialist strings knowledge, a good selection of string instruments and repair services is important.
Thus for people coming from the Sunshine coast or Caboolture for violin repairs I try to work with their needs and offering same day repairs where possible and can be flexible with my time…so reach out and give me a holler !
Just around the corner from me is a fabulous bakery and coffee shop – or indulge in some retail therapy at a nearby Westfield shopping centre while I work on your violin !
